Commercial terms
Commission, allocations and payment — stated up front
Commission & net rates
Agency commission is agreed per contract, with net rates available for partners holding fixed allocations. Published prices are €900–€950 per student per week.
Free group leader places
One free group leader place from 10 students, including full board with a host family or leader accommodation on request.
Payment terms
20% deposit to confirm an allocation, balance due 30 days before arrival. Bank transfer, invoiced directly from the partner portal.
Allocations & release
Fixed allocations are held per week and released by an agreed date, so you always know exactly what you can sell.
