What ages do you accept?

Our junior programmes are designed for students aged 14–17. Closed school groups from age 13 are accepted by arrangement with the group's own teachers.

What is included in the weekly price?

Fifteen hours of tuition, full-board host family accommodation, the full afternoon and evening activity programme, weekend excursions, materials and a certificate. Flights and group transfers are quoted separately.

How much does a week cost?

Programmes run from €900 to €950 per student per week depending on the programme and the season. There are no compulsory extras: activities, excursions, materials and full board are all inside the price.

How do you vet host families?

Every adult in the household is Garda-vetted, each home is visited in person before the season and re-inspected annually, and students complete a mid-stay welfare check.

How are students supervised?

Students are supervised by our own staff from morning class through the end of the evening programme, with a 1:8 staff ratio on activities and a 24/7 emergency welfare line for parents and group leaders.

What English levels do you teach?

From A1 to C1. Every student takes a placement test before arrival and is grouped by level, and classes are project-based rather than textbook-driven.

Which airport should we fly into?

Shannon Airport is 25 minutes from Limerick and is the easiest arrival point. Dublin and Cork also work well; we arrange transfers from any of the three and quote them with your booking.

Do students need to be able to swim or surf?

No surfing experience is needed — sessions are run by qualified surf schools with wetsuits and boards provided. Students should be water-confident, and we ask parents to declare swimming ability on the medical form.

What are your agency terms?

Allocations are confirmed with a 20% deposit, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. Free group leader places are offered from 10 students. Full terms come with the partner pack.

Can groups split the time between Limerick and Galway?

Accepted Answer

No. A programme runs in one location only — it is not possible to split time across Limerick and Galway (for example, a week in each, or a few days in each). Choose Limerick or Galway for the full duration of the stay.
