Terms & Conditions

The agreement between Wild English School and the parents, students and agency partners who book a junior English immersion programme.

Last updated August 2026

01. About these terms

These terms set out the agreement between Wild English School ("we", "us") and the person or organisation booking a programme ("you"). By requesting a place, signing a booking confirmation or using the partner portal, you accept these terms. If anything here conflicts with a signed booking contract, the booking contract takes precedence for that booking.

02. Who can book

Our junior programmes are designed for students aged 14–17. Closed school groups from age 13 may be accepted by arrangement with the group's own teachers. Bookings by agencies are made on behalf of named students and are subject to the agency terms in the partner pack. We never accept open self-signup from students; every booking is confirmed by the school.

03. Programme and price

Programmes run for one or two weeks. The published price (€900–€950 per student per week) includes 15 hours of communicative English tuition, full-board host family accommodation, the daily afternoon and evening activity programme, weekend excursions, materials and a certificate. Flights, insurance and group airport transfers are quoted separately and transparently. Prices are correct at the time of publishing but may change; the price confirmed on your booking contract is binding.

04. Payment terms

Agency allocations are confirmed with a 20% deposit, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. Free group leader places are offered from 10 students. Individual family bookings follow the terms on the booking confirmation. Invoices are issued by Wild English School and are payable by bank transfer. Full payment terms come with the partner pack and booking confirmation.

05. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival are refunded less the deposit. Cancellations between 60 and 30 days before arrival are refunded at 50%. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable, except in cases of documented medical emergency or visa refusal, where we will refund less reasonable incurred costs. We reserve the right to cancel or alter a programme for reasons of safety, force majeure or insufficient numbers; in that case we will offer a full refund or an alternative programme.

06. Conduct and welfare

Students must follow the school's behaviour and welfare rules, which exist to keep every student safe. We may, after warning, send a student home at the guardian's or agency's expense where conduct seriously risks the safety or enjoyment of others or of the programme. Parents and guardians must declare medical conditions, allergies and swimming ability honestly on the forms we provide.

07. Your data

We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and GDPR. By booking, you consent to the collection of student data needed for welfare, safeguarding, host family placement and immigration.

08. Liability

We carry public liability insurance and take reasonable care in running all activities. We are not liable for loss arising from circumstances outside our control, including travel disruption, weather, or the actions of third-party providers beyond our supervision. Our liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

09. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here, dated below, is the current one. Continuing to use the site or to hold a booking after a change means you accept the updated terms.
