A one or two-week junior immersion programme that combines morning academic classes with a supervised professional work placement in one local company — in Limerick or Galway, on the Wild Atlantic Way.

Morning academic classes
Every weekday morning, students follow communication-focused English classes built on our City and Sea curriculum — 15 hours per week of tuition that prepares them for the language they will use on placement and in daily Irish life.
Professional work placement
Three afternoons a week — Monday to Wednesday — students join a supervised placement with one local company, in sectors such as tourism, hospitality and digital marketing. One company, one team, real responsibility: students experience a genuine Irish workplace rather than rotating through taster visits.
Adventure & cultural activities
The remaining afternoons and evenings are pure WILD: surfing, coastal hikes, Gaelic games, city quests and cultural evenings across Limerick, Galway and the Wild Atlantic Way — plus a full-day excursion each weekend.
Host family accommodation
Students stay with a Garda-vetted Irish host family in Limerick or Galway — full board, a private room and a real home where English is used naturally every evening.
Built for European school requirements
The programme is aligned with European school work-experience requirements, including Italian high school guidelines, and we provide the attendance records, placement descriptions and completion documentation schools need to validate the experience back home.
